1 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (unsalted and sugar-free)

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 egg

 Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and baking powder.

  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.

  4. Place the sweet potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they don't overlap.

  5. Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping them halfway through.

Blueberry Bliss Bites

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 egg
